The service
X09 AI provides AI-assisted tools on the web and in apps for Windows, iPhone and Android. Features available to you depend on your plan, as shown on the Plan & billing page in the app.
Accounts
You must be at least 16, provide accurate information, and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Web subscriptions are cancelled in the app. Subscriptions bought in the iPhone or Android app are billed by Apple or Google and are managed and cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings, under their terms.
- Upgrades are charged immediately on a prorated basis. Downgrades credit the unused difference to future invoices.
- Each plan includes a monthly AI allowance. When it's used up, AI features pause until the next period; there are no overage charges.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Acceptable use
Don't use X09 AI to break the law, infringe others' rights, create malware, harass people, generate content that sexualizes minors, attempt to bypass limits or security, or resell access. You must also follow Anthropic's Usage Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You own what you put into X09 AI and what it produces for you, to the extent permitted by law. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it to provide the service.
AI output
AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important information, and don't rely on output as professional legal, medical, financial or safety advice. Generated code is provided as-is and is never run automatically.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Liability
Legal review required: disclaimers and limitation of liability clauses.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.
